Link with Tutors is an online platform that connects students, parents, or guardians (referred to as “Clients” or “Students”) with independent educators and tutors (referred to as “Tutors”).

We provide the digital space and infrastructure for scheduling, communication, and learning. While we strive to onboard qualified individuals, Link with Tutors does not guarantee specific academic results or grades.

User Accounts and Security

To access certain features of our platform, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must contact us immediately at info@linkwithtutors.com.

Booking, Rescheduling, and Cancellations

All tutoring sessions must be booked through the official Link with Tutors website.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, you must notify us or your tutor at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a partial or full session fee.

If a tutor cancels a session, a makeup session will be arranged, or a full credit/refund for that session will be issued to the student.

Payment Terms and Refunds

All payments for tutoring packages or individual sessions must be processed through our secure online payment gateways on the website.

Direct payments to tutors outside of the Link with Tutors platform are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your account.

All requests for refunds, satisfaction guarantees, and subscription cancellations are governed strictly by our dedicated Refund Policy.

Code of Conduct

We maintain a safe, respectful, and professional learning environment.

Students must behave respectfully during sessions. Academic dishonesty, cheating, or asking tutors to complete homework/exams on your behalf is strictly forbidden.

Tutors must provide high-quality instruction and maintain professional boundaries at all times. Any form of harassment, abuse, or discrimination will result in immediate account suspension without a refund.

Intellectual Property

All content, logos, text, graphics, and software on the Link with Tutors website are the intellectual property of Link with Tutors. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of our website or study materials provided during sessions without our explicit written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Link with Tutors acts as a facilitator between students and tutors. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from your use of our platform, internet connectivity issues during sessions, or the conduct of independent tutors.
